Our boot camps are open to all fitness levels and are run by an internationally recognised fitness instructor, Richard Jones. They are  targeted at  people who want to improve their fitness levels and lifestyle through exercise and are not for the elite athletes who want to be on the next episode of “SAS Who Dares Wins”.

Richard will be encouraging you to get the most out of the session, but will not be asking you to do anything you believe you are not capable of. He is not the "military shouting" type PT instructor but uses more "positive encouragement" with plenty of humour, fun, giggles & sarcasm.

He will be getting you to exercise at an intensity that suits you, raising your heart rate which in turn will raise your metabolism and help burn the calories.
